Yes to Life! is a “committed” work of art with a humanist and universal vocation. “I wanted it to be powerful and endowed with a fundamentally positive, federating ethic. It is not representative of any specific religious, dogmatic or political trend and it does not adhere to any diktat. It is an awareness-raiser, my awareness expressed in this hand that was voluntarily created asexual and without any life lines. In this way it leaves the way open for freedom of choice and interpretation”. Yes to Life! is Interactive, non-directing, its vocation is to take our own awareness in hand , while triggering a reflection-action process every time there is a confrontation with the work and the open questions it poses.. Yes, to Life! of course, but yes to what? To whom?
